Products purchased through the Baghdad Corner electronic application can be exchanged by hand or delivered directly to Baghdad Corner Marketing. If you have received a defective product (such as if it was delivered to you with damaged or missing parts, or any obvious damage), it can be returned and replaced, or a full amount paid can be obtained upon approval. Please remember:

Maintenance and warranty

We guarantee that all products available on the Baghdad Corner app are original products sourced from the brand itself, distributor or factory warehouse. With these products, you will find an original limited warranty from the brand itself, or from the distributor, and this warranty protects the products against manufacturing defects.
Products purchased through the Baghdad Corner electronic application can be taken to the after-sales service for repair at any of the Baghdad Corner branches. Rukn Baghdad after-sales service will help you solve your problem, but will not be responsible for the trademark obligations.
If the product is found to be defective upon delivery, the after-sales service will decide whether the product should be replaced or repaired. However, the product will be refused repair in the following cases:
- The defect occurs due to improper use (misuse, inappropriate voltage, exposure to liquid, misuse, etc....)
- If the serial number on the product is unknown.
- If a third party opens the product and attempts to repair it.
Repair conditions:
- The warranty does not apply without proof of purchase, and if the product is not assembled by the agent.

Baghdad Corner offers an additional one-year warranty on large home appliances after the initial supplier warranty period has expired.
Products whose original warranty period from the supplier is 5 years are not subject to the Baghdad Corner extended warranty.
